Patient Scheduling Coordinator (OL3)

Caresphere is hiring a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to help drive growth while keeping patients and families happy. This role is ideal for a high-level problem solver who thrives on multitasking, organization, and full ownership of their work.

You’ll play a key role in growing and maintaining patient census while ensuring schedules are accurate, coverage is reliable, and clients feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate patient and caregiver schedules

• Problem-solve coverage issues quickly and effectively

• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization

• Support census growth by keeping cases staffed and running smoothly

• Communicate clearly with caregivers, patients, and internal teams

• Take full responsibility for schedules from start to finish
