Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, committed Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our Audiology practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties while also assisting the provider on duty.

Duties:
– Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
– Schedule patient appointments and update records in the system
– Verify insurance information and process payments
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
– Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
– Assist with medical records management

Experience:
– Prior experience as a Patient Care Receptionist or in a similar administrative role for a consistent period of time (2-3 years)
– Proficiency in using office systems and software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with insurance and 3rd party benefit knowledge
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
