We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team (part-time or full-time). If you enjoy working with animals and people in a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage records
- Assist with patient check-in/out and process payments
- Support the veterinary team with patient care as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience with animals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a compassionate attitude
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
