Position Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support an existing Executive Assistant in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is highly collaborative and focused on ensuring seamless day-to-day executive workflow.

This is a 100% onsite, short-term contract (2–3 weeks) based in San Francisco’s Mission District, with free parking provided.

Compensation

  • $38 – $42 per hour
  • Full-time onsite (Monday–Friday)
  • 2–3 week assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Support calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Help prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Support communication flow between executives and internal teams
  • Assist with organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and project support tasks

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills and professional discretion
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
