Position Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support an existing Executive Assistant in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is highly collaborative and focused on ensuring seamless day-to-day executive workflow.
This is a 100% onsite, short-term contract (2–3 weeks) based in San Francisco’s Mission District, with free parking provided.
Compensation
- $38 – $42 per hour
- Full-time onsite (Monday–Friday)
- 2–3 week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Support calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Help prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
- Support communication flow between executives and internal teams
- Assist with organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Handle ad hoc administrative and project support tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communication skills and professional discretion
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
