Job Summary / Purpose
This position is responsible for providing assistance to and supporting the Entergy New Orleans OpCo. The intern will be a temporarily employed full-time college student in an accredited four-year institution of higher learning, who is in a work-study program designed to give college students practical work experience in their field of study.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Supporting the business objectives and efforts of the Entergy New Orleans OpCo through assigned research, analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Explore possible career opportunities by meeting senior leaders, becoming members of business resource groups, participating in community service projects, and contributing to departmental goals.
- Assisting with preparation of materials for department meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Work with various Entergy New Orleans OpCo groups and partners to assist as needed in various projects.
- Performs other duties, as assigned by management.
Minimum education required of the position
- Enrolled in accredited four-year institution of higher learning.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8
- None
