The Financial Wellness Center (FWC) supports student well-being and success by providing individualized financial counseling, education, programming, research and advocacy to guide students in their lifelong financial wellness journeys. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office by answering the phone and email messages, helping plan and coordinate events and manage social media and newsletter campaigns.

Responsibilities
Job duties Include, but are not necessarily limited to:
  • Assist in event planning and interdepartmental coordination for workshops and campus-wide events (and subsequent assessment)
  • Manage tabling events during orientations and campus-wide events
  • Contribute creative ideas and edit office social media pages, newsletters, and blogs
  • Maintain front-desk administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: responding to calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and updating contact sheets and reports.
  • Professionally interact with students, staff and faculty on a daily basis
