Spa Reservation & Customer Service Jobs in Sedona, AZ at NAMTI Spa
Our spa is looking for a customer service rock star, one with experience in reservations, customer service, sales, and organizational growth. This job is in a fast paced and very, very busy spa & salon. You must enjoy a high-volume multi-task environment with the ability to bond with customers as well as fellow staff members.
Strong, efficient computer skills are required. (Microsoft office, email/text support and specialized reservation software). If you have spa experience that is a bonus! Full training is provided and you are expected to learn our system, study the services we offer so that you can represent them to our customer and up-sell services. You must possess the ability and desire to make sales suggestions to the clients.
You must be able to multi-task very well, take direction as needed, and perform with precision when it comes to securing reservations, handling transactions, and solving problems to a positive outcome. A positive attitude and calm demeanor is a must! Leadership qualities are expected.
We are looking to hire as soon as possible. Candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Scheduling is flexible as we are open 7 days per week, and can be discussed at interview. Pay is highly competitive and dependent on experience. Additional perks and room to grow within company dependent on performance.
This position is currently budgeted at 30+ hours per week for the summer with potential for full time (up to 40 hours per week) in the fall depending on your talents and availability. We can only interview candidates who are already located in Sedona or the Verde Valley area.
