We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join FCC Environmental Services. This role provides essential operational support to our sales team, including customer service and data entry.
Position Summary
This position involves daily interaction with sales management, handling customer inquiries, supporting billing processes, and managing contract and order data using software tools like Microsoft Excel.
Primary
Duties
and Responsibilities
Interact extensively with Sales management.
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Support daily accounting and billing activities, including tracking and problem-solving.
Manage billing information through data entry and reporting tools.
Process orders and service agreements.
Enter contract and order details into our database.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, to manage billing processes.
Assist with other operational sales projects.
Requirements
High School Diploma
1-3 years of experience in an office environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail
Experience in the waste industry is a plus
