eir business talent have partnered with a client based in Dublin. We’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven Compliance / Licence Coordinator to support the management, processing, and compliance of vehicle licences across Ireland. This role is central to ensuring that drivers, vehicles, and operators meet all regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of licence applications, renewals, transfers, and updates.
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with Irish transport legislation.
- Liaise with drivers, fleet operators, and regulatory bodies to resolve queries and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Monitor upcoming licence expiries and proactively communicate with drivers and operators.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in licensing, compliance, administration, or a regulatory environment (transport sector experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of public transport regulations or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume workflows.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
