We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our shop. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a fun, team-oriented atmosphere—this is the job for you!

️ What You’ll Do (Front Desk / Receptionist Duties):
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, positive first impression
- Manage appointments and check clients in/out using our system
- Answer text messages and assist with booking services
- Recommend memberships and retail products
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Support stylists and ensure an amazing client experience
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service or retail experience preferred (but not required!)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Basic tech skills (POS systems experience is a plus)
- Available to work Weekends
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
