Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to project teams. This role focuses on data entry, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project and accounting teams
  • Perform data entry and document management
  • Assist with subcontractor documentation and compliance tracking
  • Support invoicing, billing, and payment processes
  • Maintain organized project records and files
  • Assist with preparation of reports and project documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed
  • Support additional team functions as required

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support or data entry roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting or project-related processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills and team collaboration
