Description:
Operations Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a high volume environment
- Daily interactions with customers such as medical facility administrators and personnel
- Support Field Service personnel with clear communication; proactively work to ensure service appointments are confirmed
- Assist and support field dispatch responsibilities to keep techs’ routes efficient and on-time
- Manage multiple projects as directed by the Office Manager
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
Operations Administrator Qualifications:
- Experience in Operations and Field Service Industry
- Proven, excellent administrative experience
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum 3 – 5 years administrative experience preferred in field service industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
