Operations Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a high volume environment
  • Daily interactions with customers such as medical facility administrators and personnel
  • Support Field Service personnel with clear communication; proactively work to ensure service appointments are confirmed
  • Assist and support field dispatch responsibilities to keep techs’ routes efficient and on-time
  • Manage multiple projects as directed by the Office Manager
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements:


Operations Administrator Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations and Field Service Industry
  • Proven, excellent administrative experience
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years administrative experience preferred in field service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
