**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its efficiency and professionalism.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
– Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
– Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
– Plan and coordinate office events and meetings with assistance from the Clinical Director
– Billing and Claims system
– Handle vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies
