Job Summary

Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining client and business data while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in daily coworking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update member and business information into systems
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
  • Process emails, forms, and administrative requests
  • Support coworking reception and office services
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email systems)
  • Good typing speed and data handling ability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured environment
  • Professional and reliable work ethic

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
