We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to support our daily administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate handling of customer documents, service records, correspondence, and deliveries in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, service documents, and packages
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail, invoices, and customer correspondence
  • Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries
  • Ensure secure and confidential handling of customer information and service records
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments with carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Support office operations by organizing paperwork and service documentation
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom and office workspace
  • Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding documents and deliveries

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in mailroom, office, or administrative support preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, tracking systems)
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information professionally
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
