Leasing/Portfolio Manager Jobs in Highlands Ranch at APS

  • Leasing & Deal Structuring: Manage the end-to-end leasing process. Oversee lease negotiations.
  • Portfolio & Lease Administration: Maintain and audit contracts, track critical dates (expirations, renewals, rent adjustments), and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage operating budgets, oversee rent and service charge collections, and drive strategies that enhance the portfolio’s overall value.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary escalation point for tenants. Conduct regular property inspections, address tenant concerns, and manage the renewal or relocation process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HOA, operations, maintenance and finance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and leasing transactions are processed smoothly.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Greet prospective tenants promptly and professionally, providing comprehensive property tours and answering all inquiries with enthusiasm.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact through lease signing, including application screening, credit checks, and background verification.
  • Negotiate lease terms and contracts confidently while upholding company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and address tenant requests promptly.
  • Conduct conflict management and resolution when necessary, fostering positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, Appfolio or similar property management software.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation abilities to upsell available units or amenities.
  • Office experience demonstrating proficiency in data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and prospects.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles and property maintenance coordination is a plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
