Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Coordinate daily activities to maintain efficient operations within the <LOCATION> facility or site
- Support logistical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and organizing documentation to keep workflows seamless
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a secure environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to relay important updates or address concerns promptly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a productive atmosphere
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and participating in team meetings
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to stay energetic, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in using office software and communication tools
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts
