What you’ll do
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our brand’s welcoming spirit
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing efficient cashiering services
- Support retail sales efforts by upselling products during customer interactions
- Assist in merchandising and stocking to ensure displays are appealing and well-stocked
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about our offerings
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks
- Experience in a Spa environment is preferred
Preferred qualifications
