The Tox is a fast-growing luxury wellness brand known for our signature body sculpting techniques and elevated client experience. We’re seeking an experienced sales and client-service professional to join our Alpharetta front-of-house team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-based, performance-driven environmentand understands what it means to deliver white-glove hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients on wellness services, memberships, and treatment packages while confidently closing sales
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to maximize results and revenue
- Manage bookings, reschedules, and appointment adjustments with precision and care
- Greet and check in clients, maintaining a professional and luxury-focused first impression
- Execute opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, and daily reporting
- Ensure the lounge and reception areas uphold The Tox’s aesthetic and brand standards
- Partner with the studio management and technician teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or beauty service environments (examples: spa, salon, fitness studio, luxury retail, medical spa, or membership-based business)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining client trust and rapport
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident, polished demeanor
- Proficiency with booking and POS systems; tech-savvy and organized
- Passion for wellness and interest in luxury service brands
- Must be able to work on-site in SoHo and be available for weekends or evenings as needed
