We are currently looking to hire a confident, friendly & organized front desk Receptionist with experience in Customer Service, retail or guest services. Beauty Industry experience is a plus.
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage phone systems with professionalism.
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and flow of Stylist and Client appointments during the day using Boulevard Booking system.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Manage flow of Salon, light cleaning duties and Stylists support, client preparation to ensure Stylists keep to schedule.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with clear communication and positive attitude.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
