Minute Suites is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for energetic, guest-focused professionals to join our award-winning team at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Important Requirements
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Open availability is required
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
- Airport environment experience is a plus but not required
About the Role
$19.75/ Per hour + Commissions
As a Guest Experience Agent, you are the face of Minute Suites. You will welcome travelers from around the world, help them find the right services for their needs, and ensure every guest enjoys a first-class experience from check-in to check-out.
This role combines hospitality, customer service, sales, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment.
What You’ll DoDeliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Create a warm, inviting, and memorable experience for every traveler
- Answer questions and provide recommendations based on guest needs
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Drive Sales & Service
- Learn and confidently promote all Minute Suites services and products
- Recommend suite upgrades, shower packages, memberships, and retail products
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
- Help achieve location sales and guest satisfaction goals
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate guest reservations and transactions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Complete daily operational tasks and reporting requirements
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Support Team Success
- Build positive relationships with teammates, airport partners, and guests
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Adapt to business needs and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
