Job Type: Full-time (35-40 hours per week, occasional weekends ). MUST LIVE IN NORTHERN MICHIGAN AND WORK ONSITE AT THE STORE.
Overview:
Join our team and help keep our store and website running smoothly! This role combines Point of Sale product data entry and maintenance, website publishing, and sales floor work.
We need someone who is extremely comfortable with computers and technology and can learn new systems easily. Experience with Microsoft Teams, point-of-sale software, and website management is a big plus, but we are willing to train someone with strong computer skills. Marketing knowledge and/or enthusiasm are also big pluses. We provide an atmosphere of learning, fun, and teamwork.
This position also entails working on the floor each week so you can learn and love Bearcub’s culture: the team, the products, the displays, and our mission. You will be trained to be on the sales floor – this will help you become familiar with and excited by the products you manage online.
We are looking for someone who appreciates and enjoys the outdoors, as well as the gear and clothes that get people outside.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using database management or similar software (knowledge of RICS and/or Shopify is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work hours during peak seasons.
- Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required.
Bearcub will provide:

Pay:
- Starts at $15/hour, plus perks
