Role Overview

This is a broad administrative role combining Notion/system management, recruiter support, and content-related tasks. You will play a key role in keeping our operations structured, supporting the recruitment team, and ensuring consistent communication across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

Notion & Systems Management (Core Focus)

  • Set up, structure, and optimize our Notion workspace.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, databases, templates, and workflows.
  • Keep internal systems organized, up to date, and easy to use.
  • Translate business processes into clear, organized systems within Notion.
  • Continuously improve workflows and suggest efficiency enhancements.

Administrative & Recruitment Support

  • Maintain and update internal systems (including CRM and databases).
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as job postings and data entry.
  • Organize documentation, processes, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Prepare basic reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Help streamline day-to-day operations through structured support.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Support maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Assist with improving visibility and engagement.

About You

  • Proven experience with Notion is required (this is essential).
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting recruitment teams.
  • Comfortable combining structured admin work with content-related tasks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ecxperience with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or Recruiterflow, Motion, Canva
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with CET hours.
  • Experience with remotework is mandatory.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • You must be based in Cape Town. Applications from outside Cape Town will not be considered.
