Concierge / Front Desk (Part-time) – Historic Private Estate Jobs in Carmel Valley at Stonepine Estate

Stonepine Estate is seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our Guest Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a hospitality-focused environment.

As Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests staying at the estate, ensuring their visit is seamless, comfortable, and welcoming. You will work closely with the House Manager and other departments to support guest needs and maintain the exceptional service standards that define Stonepine Estate.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs during scheduled shifts
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and confident manner
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed, supported, and cared for at all times

Operations & Coordination

  • Communicate guest needs and requests with other departments as appropriate
  • Support coordination between guest services, housekeeping, and event operations
  • Monitor guest areas and accommodations to ensure they remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures as needed
  • Monitor guest use of estate spaces and ensure adherence to estate etiquette and usage requirements

Food & Beverage Support

  • Occasionally assist with light food and beverage service for small gatherings or breakfast service
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas

Schedule

This is a part-time position with scheduling based on guest stays and operational needs.

Typical shifts include:

  • Evenings (approximately 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Weekends

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, guest services, restaurants, wineries, or events preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and service-minded attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Required)
