We are seeking a welcoming and organized Sales Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enforcing sales operations and managing inventory to ensure seamless customer experiences. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including in-store sales interactions, inventory management tasks, and operating in our cigar lounge.

What you’ll do

Customer Service:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, fostering a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Assist the team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars

Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, alerting the sales team of any stock issues.

Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team in lead generation activities, including research and data entry.
  • Help organize and execute sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Skills:

  • Familiarity in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Skills a plus
