Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Aviation Office Clerk to support our Student Services department. This role serves as a key point of contact for students, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth, professional experience within our aviation training environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, instructors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls, and email communications
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling lessons, exams, and training sessions
- Process enrollments, payments, and general paperwork
- Support student onboarding and provide program information
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Schedule:
- M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
