Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Aviation Office Clerk to support our Student Services department. This role serves as a key point of contact for students, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth, professional experience within our aviation training environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, instructors, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, and email communications
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling lessons, exams, and training sessions
  • Process enrollments, payments, and general paperwork
  • Support student onboarding and provide program information
  • Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred

Schedule:

  • M-F 8AM-5PM

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
