Job Summary

Established North Jersey law firm is looking for a case manager, with at least one year experience in pre-litigation personal injury. Duties and skills include
– All aspects of pre-litigation, experience with motor vehicle and slip and fall cases
– Familiarity with bodily injury, UM/UIM claims
– Requesting PIP files and medical records
– Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
– Organized, self-motivated with ability to work independently
– Attention to detail
– Oral and written communication skills are a must
– Familiarity with Medical terminology and medical records
– Good communication and customer service skills (must be professional and courteous)
– Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
