We are an established and growing independent wealth management and financial planning firm seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support three Financial Planners in our Stamford office.
This is not simply an “administrative” role.
The right person will become an integral part of our client experience, operations, and planning process. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping a team operate at a high level.

What You Would Be Doing
Responsibilities include a combination of administrative coordination, client service support, and operational assistance, including:
- Supporting 3 Financial Planners with daily workflow management
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up tasks
- Preparing meeting materials and organizing client information
- Assisting with account paperwork and service requests
- Managing CRM records and workflow tracking
- Coordinating client communications and document collection
- Helping ensure deadlines and commitments are met
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Assisting with office operations and process improvement initiatives
- Serving as a professional and reassuring point of contact for clients
The Right Candidate Will Likely Have
- 3–5+ years of administrative, client service, or operational experience
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Confidence working independently while also collaborating with a team
- Strong technology skills and comfort learning systems quickly
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or professional services is strongly preferred
Experience with any of the following is helpful:
- CRM systems
- Schwab, Fidelity, or custodial platforms
- Financial planning or investment advisory firms
- Client onboarding and account servicing
- Workflow/process management

Compensation & Benefits
