2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant III provides senior-level professional support to directors within the Provider Finance Department. This role is essential in managing executive schedules, communications, and travel arrangements, enabling directors to focus on high-level financial and administrative responsibilities. The position also supports coordination of administrative policies and human resources tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations. This role directly impacts the organization by enhancing leadership effectiveness and facilitating key departmental functions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and prioritize executive emails to flag urgent items
• Track deadlines and pending tasks for directors
• Route variance reports, correspondence, and other documents for executive approval
• Communicate objectives and decisions to staff on behalf of directors
• Oversee purchasing activities including memberships, subscriptions, contracts, and supplies
• Assist with budget preparation and expenditure tracking
• Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms
• Support senior staff with general human resources management actions and policy compliance
• Provide backup administrative assistance to various department directors
• Participate or support agency obligations for stakeholder meetings, advisory committees, and hearings as needed
4. Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited 4-year college or university OR at least 4 years of executive or administrative assistant experience in an office setting
• Knowledge of office management principles and standard clerical procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality rules and open records
• Preferred knowledge of state travel rules and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
• Ability to manage calendars and organize document timelines
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $4,523.16 to $7,253.83 monthly
