Join our Care Team! PhyNet – Lindale Medical Clinic has a full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist position available for immediate placement. Candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English speaking with previous front desk or medical office experience. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with patients.
Responsibilities include supporting the medical director MD, and FNP on scheduling appointments and facilitating the daily requirements of the clinic front office. Career opportunity and room advancement for the right candidate.

Requirements:
Candidate must live in or near Longview, Texas, and have good communication skills, an understanding of EHR (Electronic Health Record) apps. MUST has a minimum of two years of experience working in the medical field.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating Intake Forms
- Clinic Communications (Faxing, Emails, and Patient Questions)
- Patient Care Management Follow-up Calls
- Appointment Scheduling
- Record management / EHR updates
- Manage in-house and outbound labs
