Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Baytown, TX
Duration: 6+ month contract
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Description:

  • Experience with manifests or bill of ladings.
  • Experience with pricing reviews, invoice reviews, etc.
  • Experience with looking at invoice details for accuracy
  • Some knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • 1-3 years of internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, terminology, and interrelationships.
  • Proficient PC skills with a solid working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel/Access, and other departmental software programs.

Performance Objectives / What you’ll be doing:

  • Heavy amount of scanning manifest..
  • Enters data from various sources to maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity through verification of input and calculations.
  • Creates, runs, and distributes standard and customized periodic reports to communicate follow-up requirements and summarize key information.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
