Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Job Description:
- Experience with manifests or bill of ladings.
- Experience with pricing reviews, invoice reviews, etc.
- Experience with looking at invoice details for accuracy
- Some knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
- 1-3 years of internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, terminology, and interrelationships.
- Proficient PC skills with a solid working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel/Access, and other departmental software programs.
Performance Objectives / What you’ll be doing:
- Heavy amount of scanning manifest..
- Enters data from various sources to maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity through verification of input and calculations.
- Creates, runs, and distributes standard and customized periodic reports to communicate follow-up requirements and summarize key information.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
