About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Senior Litigation Partner. This role requires managing a complex, fast-moving schedule, handling high-stakes confidential communications, and producing error-free work. The ideal candidate is a proactive gatekeeper who stays one step ahead of the executive's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Mastery: Own and manage the senior partner’s complex calendar—scheduling appointments, hearings, and high-priority meetings with absolute precision.
  • Document & Case Management: Type, format, proofread, and file legal/corporate documents with meticulous attention to detail. Organize physical and electronic files.
  • Trial Prep Coordination: Assemble digital and physical notebooks/binders for hearings and trial preparation; transcribe executive dictation efficiently.
  • Communication Gatekeeper: Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence from clients, partners, and external stakeholders with a warm, poised presence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of stable administrative or executive support experience.
  • Background: Prior experience in a law firm or litigation support setting is highly valued
  • Skills: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Exceptional proofreading skills.
  • Logistics: Ability to work full-time out of the Atlanta office (4 days a week in-office).
