ORDER ENTRY CLERK – FULL-TIME
ORDER ENTRY / QUOTE SPECIALIST
We are a small, service-oriented wholesale business seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry / Quote Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in our day-to-day operations — processing customer orders, preparing quotes, managing shipping and closing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Most client communication is written, making strong written skills essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter, acknowledge, and track customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes and proposals
- Communicate with wholesale clients regarding orders, quotes, pricing, and documentation
- Process shipments and all related paperwork, including wholesale closing documentation
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records across all order and quote activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or a role requiring strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in all interactions
- Team player with a genuine service-oriented mindset
