In this crucial role, you will report to the Team Leader and manage invoice processing, documentation accuracy, and quality checks. Bring your office experience and strong computer skills to support our internal and external customers effectively. Engage in bi-weekly huddles and adapt to our collaborative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoice payments accurately and on time
• Ensure proper labeling of documents and data
• Complete Operational Risk Events for late payments
• Perform quality checks for data integrity
• Maintain workload within established guidelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of office experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to stay calm in a busy operation
• Team player adaptable to changes
