WIP Admin

Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekend availability required)
Location: Coppell, TX 75019

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WIP Administrator to support our Food Manufacturing Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, bilingual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage Work in Progress (WIP) inventory and product activity.

• Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, reporting, and data entry.

• Support material tracking, finance, accounting analysis, and manufacturing operations.

• Maintain accurate records using ERP/Microsoft systems and Excel spreadsheets.

• Operate office and warehouse equipment such as scanners, printers, fax machines, copy machines, modems, voicemail systems, and computers.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (SQF, FSMA, and HACCP).

• Follow OSHA procedures and safety legislation.

• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and management teams.

Requirements

• 
  Warehouse administrative experience required.

• 
  Advanced Excel and Excel Sheets skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Scheduler.

• Strong knowledge of product activity control, material tracking, and manufacturing operations preferred.

• Assertive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must pass a drug test.

• Must pass a background check (no misdemeanors or felonies).
