Utopia Salon is a fast-paced, growing, award-winning salon in Vancouver, Washington. We are looking for an exceptional Guest Relations / Front Desk Team Member to help elevate our client experience, support our stylists, and keep the salon running smoothly.
This role is more than answering phones. Our Guest Relations team is the heartbeat of the salon. You are often the first and last impression our guests have with Utopia, and your energy, organization, communication, and care help shape the entire client experience.

Your Role
As a Guest Relations team member, you will help create a smooth, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest and every team member.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones, emails, and text messages professionally
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
- Supporting a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Processing guest transactions accurately
- Recommending retail products, services, and promotions
- Supporting pre-booking and client retention goals
- Maintaining accurate guest records
- Communicating clearly with stylists and salon leadership
- Helping manage guest concerns with grace and professionalism
- Keeping the front desk and retail area clean, organized, and inviting
- Supporting salon systems, daily operations, and team communication
- Assisting with social media engagement and salon promotions when needed
- Helping create a positive, polished, and professional salon environment
Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn are just as important.
Preferred experience includes:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Retail sales: 1 year
- Salon, spa, hospitality, or front desk experience
- Salon software experience
