Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain resident charts accurately

• Transcribe Doctors’ orders and gather data for new admissions

• Update records for transfers, discharges, and deaths

• Facilitate residents’ medical appointments and transport

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and report hazards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma with Unit Clerk program completion

• One year of related experience or equivalent

• Ability to type 50 wpm and communicate effectively

• Strong organizational skills in a healthcare setting

• Physical capability to perform position duties
