What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with a friendly smile
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule appointments and referrals
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect payments and assist with check-in/check-out
- Help patients choose frames when needed
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
