The Volunteer Program Systems Specialist is responsible for overseeing Northstar
Care Community’s (NSCC) Volunteer Software Management System (Vsys) and acts
as a liaison with Human Resources and Compliance to ensure the legal and
regulatory requirements are met for all volunteer personnel files, new volunteer
documentation, and annual volunteer requirements.
