Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant, designed to support the operations of the Amazon USA Honest Seller and Buyer Group. The Virtual Assistant will perform various administrative duties, including managing inventory, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and updating listings on Amazon. They will also provide organizational support in managing seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, and/or performing market research as needed. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and technical aptitude.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing data entry, organizational tasks, and virtual office support
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and proficiency in tasks like inventory management, order processing, and product listing updates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction and correspondence
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, including ensuring compliance with policies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools
- Ability to perform market research and data analysis
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Prior experience with Amazon seller tools or similar e-commerce tools is a plus
- Understanding of customer service principles and the ability to resolve customer requests effectively
