Our client, a wholesale distributor and equipment designer, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their location in Stafford, TX. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales support or for an experienced administrative professional seeking a new opportunity. Our client is willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Assist the sales department in day-to-day sales operations.
  • Order Processing: Handle B2B order entries and coordinate with the warehouse for deliveries.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client questions, follow up on quotes, and help retain accounts.
  • Lead Tracking: Research potential business clients and offer our products and services.
  • Office Work: Answer phones, make copies, file, take messages, and send emails.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the water works, water treatment, plumbing, industrial supply, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the ability to learn new operating software.

Pay Rate:

  • $16.00 to $25.00 /hr

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
