About the role
As a Virtual Assistant at Taxually, you will contribute to team workflows by delivering clearly defined operational outputs based on provided materials. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows by delivering accurate and timely work, while proactively communicating any blockers or technical issues.
Your contribution will directly impact team efficiency and overall performance.
Responsibilities
– Report blockers or technical issues
– Meet defined KPIs (quality and time-based tasks)
– Deliver agreed tasks accurately and on time based on defined guidelines
– Work based on provided materials and processes to ensure consistent output
– Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of deliverables

Contract type:
We are open to both contractor (service agreement) and employment arrangements, depending on location and mutual preference.

Contractors operate with a high degree of autonomy and are responsible for organizing their own work to meet agreed deliverables.
The engagement is focused on outputs rather than fixed working hours or direct supervision.
