Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls, manage emails, and handle routine correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems.
Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
Support various departments with data entry, document preparation, and reports.
Help coordinate office events, training sessions, and general administrative duties.
Perform routine administrative support as directed by managers.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Organize and manage the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Ensure seamless coordination of personal and professional activities.
Administrative Support:
Handle professional correspondence, draft communications, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain and organize electronic files and records.
Travel and Event Coordination:
Plan and arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other engagements.
Relationship and Communication Management:
Act as a liaison between the executive and clients, employees, or stakeholders.
Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring strong professional and personal networks.
