Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Expense/Payroll Administrator to support daily office operations, expense management, and basic payroll functions. This is not a remote opportunity.

This role requires someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with confidential financial and employee information.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with office operations and vendor communications
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents

Expense Reporting & Concur Management

  • Ensure receipts, coding, and approvals comply with company policies
  • Assist employees with expense submission questions
  • Reconcile corporate card expenses and travel-related expenses
  • Track outstanding reports and follow up as needed

Beginner-Level Payroll Support

  • Assist with payroll data entry and timekeeping review
  • Verify employee hours, PTO, and basic payroll information
  • Support onboarding paperwork and employee record maintenance
  • Coordinate with HR or payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and employee timekeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting accounting, HR, or operations teams
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now ADP, Paychex Flex Paychex, or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating travel or corporate expense programs

Pay: $22.00 per hour
