Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday | Four-day work week | No nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage multiple phone lines while providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Keep the reception and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with clients and the medical team
- Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system
- Support the hospital with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous customer service experience
- Veterinary reception experience is a plus but not required
