The Role
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Services Representative for our outpatient clinics.
You will be the first and last impression of Green Dog, setting the tone for every visit and ensuring each client feels welcomed, confident, and cared for.
This role is entirely focused on the in-clinic client experience.
You will not be responsible for answering phones.
We have a dedicated remote CSR team that handles all incoming calls and scheduling.
Your focus will be on the clients and patients physically walking through our doors, creating a seamless, elevated, and highly attentive in-person experience from start to finish.

- State-of-the-art facilities in Venice and Sherman Oaks
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for strong, experienced professionals who can confidently lead the front desk.
- Minimum 2 years of veterinary customer service experience (required)
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage escalated client situations with confidence and professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills, articulate, polished, and people-focused
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity, accountability, and reliability
- A genuine passion for veterinary medicine and client care
- Proficiency with Mac iOS and Google Docs
- High school diploma
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, elevated, and seamless client experience from start to finish
- Greet clients, collect medical history, and guide them through their visit
- Handle payments, invoicing, and check-out with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and phone communications
- Maintain organized records, paperwork, and clinic flow
- Support the medical team as needed, including light animal handling
