Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
- Check patients in and out and process payments
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or veterinary experience is preferred but not required
- Background in pet grooming or animal restraint techniques enhances ability to support clinical staff effectively.
- A genuine love for animals and a positive attitude
