- Answering phones, Checking in and out all clients. Keep the front area clean; Ex. rooms, lobby, organize front area, files, Rx, etc.
- Insure that the hospital is running at the correct speed. Making and explaining estimates is the top priority for this task but also explaining to owners with difficult discharge instructions and making sure that all chemistries are done before the owner returns.
