WNS is hiring for Travel Consultant (IATA Freshers Welcome!)
We are looking for enthusiastic IATA-certified freshers to kickstart their career in the travel industry!
🔹 Role: Travel Consultant
🔹 Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
🔹 Week-offs: 2 rotational week off
🔹Work Environment: 24×7 operations
Key Responsibilities:
* To Handle customer interactions via chats, email, and calls.
* Assist customers with travel related queries and bookings.
* Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests.
Required Skills:
*IATA or Any Diploma in travel & tourism
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
* Comfortable to work in 24/7 shifts including Night Shifts.
