Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively in the workplace and with customers
- Negotiating favorable terms with travelers
- Participation in on-call rotations to deal with any after-hours travel emergencies throughout the day
- Ensuring that reservations and tasks are completed on time
- Follow-up for customer feedback on inquiries received through social media and other marketing campaigns.
- Preparation of quotations
- Follow-up on necessary VISA documentation
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- School leavers can apply
- Must be punctual and disciplined
- Good knowledge on MS Office packages and ability to handle social media accounts
- Close proximity to Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, Malabe or Hokandara areas preferred
